Refund policy

You can check the order while the courier is outside for maximum 5 minutes, if you feel not satisfied you can return it on spot to the courier and only pay for delivery fees.

TOIA accept an exchange or refund of an unworn item under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items on sale promotion time are not allowed to be refunded only exchange within 24 hours.
• We are not responsible for exchange or refund after 24 hours.

Original shipping charges are not refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer
